This one goes out to those who have RSS aggregators that have way too many unread items. Yes, you know you have one of those. Either you lost interest in a particular feed or you just haven’t logged in a long time, I’m sure your unread count is out of the roof! Gosh, when I logged into Google Reader today, my count was at an outstanding 500 and something. I cut that number down by two hundred after deleting one feed entirely and marking another one as being read. Puppies and kittens die when feeds are un-subscribed, but it must be done. I know I always feel sad when I have to. Oh, if only I wasn’t so lazy and just read more.
Anyone have this problem? I know I’m not alone here!
Let me just start out with this…I suck at RPGs or role-playing games. I don’t understand why but I’m just not. Maybe it’s because I don’t strategize! I just level up all my characters until they are all strong. I try to make them as equal as possible, but I feel as though when I reach a mega-boss in a game I’m going to lose. Apparently it’s best to assign roles to your party or characters. I don’t do that. When any of my characters gain some experience points, I just rack up all their attributes. I like my characters well rounded I guess. Instead of assigning a character as a white mage or black mage, which are the magician roles, I just make them as strong as possible. I treat RPG’s like straight beat em’ up games.
I have Final Fantasy 12 here at home and I love it. Except, I haven’t played it in a few months. I don’t play because I don’t have time as a result of school and for the very fear of how my seemingly weak party is going to get me through the game. I ask myself this question all the time, “Should I restart the game and build up an awesome party or just chug on with my not so special party?”
I don’t know what to do! I wish I had a buddy who would help me as I played RPG’s.
Well now it’s Delicious. It looks really great, though it is a bit less simple. I mean its not hard to navigate, but there are more buttons and tabs.
It’s definitely more streamlined. One thing that I like is that it you have three ways to view your bookmarks. The TITLE view shows just the title along with the Edit | Delete option.
The REGULAR view shows all the stuff from the TITLE view along with your comments and tags.
The FULL view shows all the stuff from the REGULAR view but shows the URL of your bookmark.
But my favorite new feature right now is that all your bookmarks are grouped together by the date you bookmarked them.
So I wouldn’t be much of a honourary Apple fanboy if I didn’t write a post about the iPhone 3G.
Today is of course the official second coming of the iPhone. But this year I’m not as “WWWWWWWAAAAAAAHHH!!!” as I was last year. Why?
Because seriously nothing is new.
OH DEAR GOD! WHAT DID HE JUST SAY?!?!!?
I said there’s nothing new. At least not in my eyes. I’m looking at the Features page for the new iPhone on the Apple website and all that I see that is different from the last generation iPhone is GPS.
GPS? Seriously? Thats nothing. I mean the App Store looks nice. But it just seems like Steve and Co. should’ve released something a bit more…I don’t know… BOOM!
I guess I just expected Apple to go over and beyond with this version of the iPhone. Maybe next year!
