Hey yall! I’m Joel and I’m a photographer from Washington DC.

What can I say, oh what can I say? Well for one, I am a photographer. I really like being able to capture a moment or idea onto film (or memory card). For me, “classical” art like painting and drawing isn’t easy. I just feel as though I don’t have the eyes or the hands for it. With photography it’s different. Like, constantly I’m taking pictures with my brain if I’m not using a camera.

But photography is not my only interest. I’m really interested in politics; especially on an international level.

I can go on forever talking on about my interests on this page, but hey, that’s why I have this blog!
