It came!!

Oh man I’m so happy! The new issue of the Boston Review came in the mail and guess what’s on page 25? My picture! Well, it’s not a picture of me but it’s my picture…that I took. It’s actually of a friend of mine, Daliah. Anyways, my name is credited on the side of the picture as well as this blog!

If stress had a house…

It would be my brain. But I don’t think stress is the right word for me right now. Anxious, maybe? I can not really tell you. I can not even tell myself. I missed a day of school today by accident, of course. I don’t purposely miss school. I’m not that kind of kid. I actually felt guilty for not going to school. Even worse, later today I received a progress report from school for this quarter…so far, so bad. I four C’s, an A, and a B. Good in most peoples’ eyes but not mine. To me, these grades are just as bad as F’s. I have to make these up. (more…)

I’ve never seen a runway show so interesting, and trust me, I’ve seen a few! I mean, it’s not much, but that’s exactly it. The music is very chill and subdued. The same can be said for the clothes. The runway is dark and the music is darker. Enjoy.

Architecture

I love buildings. I’ve only recently figured out that designing buildings would be a fitting career for me. I don’t know why all of a sudden. For some reason, I now see some buildings as ugly and some as beautiful. But I do see them all as pure genius. Buildings are more than just boxes that we work, sleep, and play in. They are everyday monuments to the human pursuit of happiness.

To anyone who reads this, I beg of you to think:”What went into the creation of that building?”
